Given the function h described by h(x) = x + 2, find each of the following:

h(0) = 0 + 2 = 2

h(-7) = -7 + 2 = -5

h( -13) = -13 + 2 = -11

h (10) = 10 + 2 = 12

h (d + 4) = d + 4 + 2 = d + 2 + 6
