√(X-2 )=5-1
√(X-2 )=4                        <===     square the tow sides 

X-2  =16
x=16+2
x=18
 ..................................................................
(4x+1)^1/4-4=-1
(4x+1)^1/4=-1+4
(4x+1)^1/4=3
4x+1=(3)^4
4x+1=81
4x=81-1
4x=80
x=80/4
 x=20
