Step-by-step explanation:

Hey let solve this!!!

the formular we're to use is the point slope formula

y - y1 = m( x - x1 )

from y = - 3x +1

SLOPE = -3

and x1= -5 y1 = -6

HENCE

Y - Y1 = M (X- X1)

y-(-6) = -3( x--5)

y+ 6 = -3 (x+5 )

y+6 = -3x -15

y= -3x-15-6

y= -3x -21

hope this helps
