Hello,

we know that if we make the same operation at both sides, we don't affect equality, so:

[tex]10y=360\º \,\,\,\,\,\,(Multiplied\,\,by\,\, \frac{1}{10} ) \\ \\ \frac{1}{10}*10y=\frac{1}{10}*360\º \\ \\ \boxed{y=36\°}[/tex]
