so, she needs 39 diamonds for 3 chandeliers hmmmmmmm, let's see how many per chandelier anyway?   39 ÷ 3 = 13.  Aha!!!! she needs 13 diamonds per each chandelier.

how many for 4?  4 * 13.

how many for 10? 10 * 13.
